Massicci is a cast glass washbasin designed by Marco Zito. Each piece is created by pouring molten glass into a mould, forming a monolithic volume with subtly faceted surfaces – a natural result of the cooling process. Available in transparent and amber versions, Massicci captures and reflects light in surprising ways, creating ever-changing plays of reflections with water and the surrounding space. As Marco Zito explains: “It’s not just about shaping a form, but about working directly with the material itself: solid glass absorbs light and interacts with the environment in a way that borders on the magical.”
