Agapecasa Schwob Coffee Table

A project from 1959 by Angelo Mangiarotti and Bruno Morassutti, conceived for the interiors of the historic Villa Schwob by Le Corbusier. Today, the Schwob Table returns in a re-edition that confirms its timeless relevance.
The precisely machined aluminum structure, designed in a cross shape with exposed mechanical joints, supports a marble top that rests on the base purely by gravity, anticipating a principle that would become central to Mangiarotti’s mature research. The lateral handles, integrated into the construction logic, transform a functional gesture into a recognizable feature.
